SAVING LIVES, STRENGTHENING READINESS: 53IB Enhances Troops’ Skills with Combat Life Saver Training

The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) successfully completed a Combat Life Saver (CLS) training for the troops of Alpha,Bravo, and Charlie Company on May 19, 2023.

The training consisted of both practical demonstrations and theoretical sessions, providing the troops with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Combat Life Saver techniques. Sgt. Rosevil A Villacampa, a trained combat medic, ensured that troops received hands-on experience and expert guidance.

By equipping the troops with the necessary skills to administer first aid, Combat Life Saver training enhanced the readiness and preparedness of the troops to respond in emergencies and save lives.

53IB remains committed to providing comprehensive training and support to the troops, ensuring their safety and well-being in various operational environments.
