STRENGTHENING CONVERGENCE: “Igsoon” Brigade Commander Pays Courtesy to ZamboSur PTF-ELCAC Chair Governor Victor Yu

The Commander of the Army’s 102nd Infantry “Igsoon” Brigade (102Bde) Col. Elmer Suderio pays courtesy call to Zamboanga del Sur Governor and Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) Chairperson Hon. Victor J. Yu yesterday, March 9, 2023, at Governor’s Office, Zamboanga Motors, Pagadian City.

Col. Suderio, accompanied by 53IB Commanding Officer Lt. Col. Terence P Ylanan; and, Gov. Yu together with ZamboSur 1st District Representative and Deputy Speaker Hon. Divina Grace Yu and Zambosur 2nd District Rep. Hon. Jeyzel Victoria Yu discussed avenues for convergence and strengthening partnerships toward sustaining Zamboanga del Sur as insurgency-free and development-ready province.

Also present in the meeting were the Company Commanders of 53IB, namely: 1Lt. Janryl Gumalad, Alpha Company Commander; 1Lt. Jaymar Paderes, Bravo Company Commander; 1Lt. Alvin Ibarra, Charlie Company Commander; and 1Lt. Niel Kim Garcia, Delta Company Officer-in-Charge.
