PREPARING MADRASAH FOR CONDUCIVE LEARNING | 53IB Conducts Brigada Madrasah in Bangsamoro Community

The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) conducted a “Brigada Madrasah” at the Datu ABUBAKAR Omar Marcaban Marcadz Litahfizul Qur-an Al Kareem School together with the Bangsamoro Community of Purok Bulibod, Brgy Tawagan Sur, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur on June 28, 2022.

The Brigada Madrasah highlighted the painting, cleaning, and renovating of the madrasah in preparation of the upcoming classes to be used by our Moro brothers and sisters. The troops were led by 53IB Executive Officer Cpt. Bahnarin Camsa whereas an astounding 320 Moro brothers and sisters also helped our troops in the said activity. The troops also conducted a feeding program as part of the brigada madrasah.

Said activity will significantly make the madrasah conducive for the learning of our young moro brothers and sisters.

Also present in the Brigada Madrasah were Mr. Taliban C. Dido, Former 105th Base Command Officer of Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces (BIAF); Mr. Talicop T. Marcaban, Former 105th Base Command Sub-Commander of BIAF; Uztadz Mavap T. Marcaban, School President; Mr. Baliga L. Alongan, Principal / Modara; and Arabic Teachers Badroden M. Abo, Mr. Lucman B. Pasukong, Mr. Haron Usman, Mr. Alih Tahir Marcaban, Mr. Hudairie Usman, Mr. Esmail T. Macacna, and Uztadza Bairaga Lusiel.
