Last, November 15, 2021 Flag Raising Ceremony highlights the boosting of morale and welfare of troops of the Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB).

Seven troopers received Military Merit Medals for meritorious achievements. Five Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGUs) conferred Certificate of Recognition for their invaluable service and dedication to duty rendered to the Armed Forces of the Philippines as a whole.
