The construction and concreting of Purok 1, Barangay San Jose Road, a Barangay Development Program (BDP) Project in Barangay San Jose, Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur, will finally commence after a simple Groundbreaking Ceremony initiated by the Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ZDS PTF-ELCAC) was held yesterday, October 15.
The ceremony was spearheaded by Zamboanga del Sur governor and PTF-ELCAC Chairperson Gov. Victor J. Yu together with Lapuyan mayor Joel Sulong.
