BTF-ELCAC Continues to Communicate Gov’t Efforts in Dumingag

As part of the efforts to sustain ELCAC gains and to properly communicate the government’s efforts, the Barangay Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (BTF-ELCAC) of the geographically isolated and disadvantaged barangay of Saad in Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, its Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) headed by its chairman Hon. Cesar Andata Jr., and the Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) fixed the dilapidated tarpaulins featuring the government’s Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).

The tarpaulins also feature former NPA personalities who surrendered to the government and decided to return to the folds of law.
