Good afternoon and congratulations to all our participants of the Regional Youth Forum.
First and foremost, I am happy to be part of this opportunity to give my congratulatory message to all of you who have been part of this forum.

The theme of this activity is “The Role of Patriotic Youth in Nation Building.”
As a youth of the society, we need to take part in different roles in shaping our environment and be able to help in building the nation.

In Zamboanga Peninsula particularly in Region 9, we have a very volatile situation. We are living in uncertain times, plus the pandemic.

As part of this initiative and endeavor, I know you have a very big part in helping our communities and societies in establishing a better place to live in.

I believe in the last two days, you have learned a lot from your instructors and speakers and all the insights and all the lessons learned must be put into heart so that you can translate these when you go home to your specific locations.

Good luck on your future endeavors! Be part of the solution, and take part in future initiatives.
As a youth sector, you can be a solution and a change-maker in your own ways.
