Friends Rescued Received Disaster Family Starter Kits from OCD-IX

The Project Good Life Students, called Friends Rescued, of the Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion received Disaster Family Starter Kits such as Shelter Repair Kits, Hygiene Kits, and Family Kits from Office of Civil Defense – Region 9 (OCD-IX) headed by OCD-IX Regional Director Manuel Luis Ochotorena during their conduct of Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (CBDRRM) Training Course.
