Zamboanga del Sur Municipal Mayors’ League President and Lakewood Mayor Domingo Mirrar inspired the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) of the Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) as he shared with them the principles of leadership at the NCO Leadership Forum.

Mayor Mirrar empowered and motivated the NCOs to continue guiding their junior Enlisted Personnel in the accomplishment of their duties and responsibilities.
