MEDICAL OUTREACH FOR THE UNDERSERVED | Private Corporation Conduct Medical Mission in San Miguel

With the desire to reach underserved communities, the CC & MMM Lending Corporation in partnership with the Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) and 1st Infantry “Tabak” Division (1ID) conducted a Medical Outreach Program in Barangay Betinan, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur last July 31.

The medical outreach program included an oplan tuli and free dental service, haircut, and checkup. Said program was spearheaded by CC & MMM Lending Corporation CEO Marilou Felicia together with Lt. Col. Romulo Aujero, 1Lt. Cheveen Ocden, and 53IB Charlie Company Commander 1Lt. Albin Ibarra.

This activity is part of the 53IB’s drive to pursue transformation to become a world class Army that is a source of national pride by 2028 in line with the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR).
