RECOGNIZING YEARS OF INVALUABLE SERVICE: 53IB Appreciates CAA’s 32 Years of Service; Presents Certificate of Recognition

The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) recognized one of its CAFGU Active Auxiliaries (CAA) for serving more than 30 years in the Philippine Army as member of Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGU) .

CAA Promencio A Maglacion Jr. received a Certificate of Recognition for his 32 years of invaluable service and dedication to duty as a CAA of Delta Company, 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion, 1ID, PA that contributed much to the accomplishment of the unit’s mission.

Current serving in Ditulan Patrol Base in Barangay Ditulan, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, CAA Maglacion entered the service on May 13, 1989.

This activity is part of 53IB’s drive to pursue transformation to become a world-class Army that is a source of national pride by 2028 in line with the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR).
