CONVERGENCE FOR PEACE AND ORDER | 53IB, PNP Hold Coordination Meetings in Tukuran and Labangan, ZDS
The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) held coordination meetings in the Municipal Police Stations of Tukuran and Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur on June 1, 2021.
Among the topics that were discussed during the meetings include: AFP-PNP Joint Law Enforcement Operations, Community Engagements in Barangays of Tukuran and Labangan, and Area of Operations of 53IB Alpha “Archers” Company.
The Matatapat Troopers met with Labangan Chief of Police P/Maj. Jerome Pamalaran and Tukuran Chief of Police P/Cpt. Giovani S Grar.
This activity is part of the 53IB’s drive to strategically communicate the Army’s transformation to become world class that is a source of national pride by 2028 in line with the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR).
