Matapat Troopers Undertake Supply Management Training Class 01-21
The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) commenced the 4-day Supply Management Training Class 01-21 in a ceremony held on May 19, 2021, in 53IB Headquarters, Camp Maj. David Sabido, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur, with the 53IB Cpt. Michael Bumidang as Keynote Speaker.Cpt. Bumidang reminded the Matapat Troopers participants about the principle and significance of the training.
“Supply Management is a training on how we manage our resources to supplement the needs of the troops. Monitoring the equipment for us to use it accordingly in times of encounters and for medical purposes. Just do it for the benefit of the entire troops and not just for compliance.”
The training is being facilitated by 1Lt. Maverick Rey Mira and 1Lt. Jerick Papa.
This activity is part of the 53IB’s drive to pursue transformation to become a world class Army that is a source of national pride by 2028 in line with the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR).
