CONVERGENCE AMID PANDEMIC: Army, PNP Discuss Quarantine Control Points Operations in Pagadian City

The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) held a meeting to discuss partnerships and collaborations for Personnel Manning Border for Quarantine Control Points (QCP) Operations at Balay Bisaya, Provincial Center, Dao, Pagadian City on May 12, 2021.

Among the topics that were discussed during the meeting included the following: -Presentation of EO 2021-13 -Duties and Function of PDRRMO Personnel at QCP -Duties and Function of Hired Personnel from LGUs -AFP/PNP detailed at the Border QCP, ZDS -Observation and Recommendation in the implementation of S-PASSThe issues and concerns that were observed in Josefina and Tambulig, ZDS were also discussed.
