LEAD TO WIN: 53IB Holds Charlie Company Turn-Over of Command
The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) held the Turn-Over of Command Ceremonies of the Charlie “Colossus” Company on May 6, 2021 in Barangay Gasa, Lakewood, Zamboanga del Sur.
53IB Officers, Enlisted Personnel, and guest stakeholders witnessed the turn-over program outgoing Charlie Company Commander 1Lt. Jonathan Cernitchez and incoming Charlie Company Commander 1Lt. Alvin Ibarra. 1Lt. Cernitchez is the newly appointed 53IB Operations Officer.“To the outgoing and the new Commander of Charlie Company, never forget that your role is crucial. Your promotion to the next higher position speaks of your competence and character, and your capacity to lead.
