The Philippines Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region IX held a meeting in Pagadian City on April 19, 2021, to discuss partnership and collaboration for 53IB’s Project Good Life for Friends Rescued (FRs). The meeting was attended by 53IB Enlisted Personnel SSg. Arnel Bustamante, Cpl. Eduardo Aguhob, Good Life Academy Staff Anthonette Dumaghan, and CHED IX OIC Dr. Abelardo Morrok.
