The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) Alpha “Archers” Company conducted house-to-house visitations as part of the unit’s community engagement activities at under Purok 4, Barangay Saad, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur on April 24, 2021.

The Matapat Troopers led by Sgt. Jayson Abara of Alpha initiated to distribute basic medicine support for the residents in the said area to prevent. “No matter how small or big, our efforts are focused on helping and serving the less fortunate who are living in the far-flung areas,” Sgt. Abara said.
