53IB, Guipos LGU Conduct MEDCAP at Barangay Dalapan

The Philippine Army’s 53rd Infantry “MATAPAT” Battalion (53IB) in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur conducted “Ugnayan sa Barangay Serbisyo Caravan,” a Medical and Dental Civic Action Program (MEDCAP) at Barangay Dalapan on March 19, 2021.

The MEDCAP activity was initiated by Municipal Mayor Vicente Cajeta and 53IB Acting Logistics Officer 2Lt Kim Kenneth Beloro together with Municipal Council Members Catalina Bala and Merlin Ravi, Barangay Dalapan Chairman Roger Pangate, OIC Municipal Agriculturist Anita Gallebo, Green Valley Eagle Cluster President Melvin Villarta, OIC Municipal Accountant Ranulfo Saliot, Municipal Health Officer Dra. Joy Mae Patangan, MLGOO Liberty Sustento, Assessor Jannette Mirafuentes, WMR9 Eagles Club Vice Gov. Gilbert Villarta, and Chief of Police Guipos, ZDS PMaj. Robert Agda.
