Guipos MTF-ELCAC empowers community through Handog Serbisyo Caravan
Guipos MTF-ELCAC conducts Handog Serbisyo Caravan during the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Immersion on October 8 and 12, 2020 in Barangays Dalapan and Datagan, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur.

In line with Executive Order 70, which institutionalizes the Whole-of-Nation approach, the Handog Serbisyo Caravan was participated by the DILG and the Municipal Government of Guipos, Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB), Guipos Municipal Police Station (MPS), Youth Leadership Summit — Zamboanga del Sur alumni, and various government agencies.
Part of the Handog Serbisyo Caravan are free haircut, free medical check-up, bloodletting, feeding program, and information drives from NGAs. The children of the said barangays are also happy upon receiving new slippers.
