San Miguel MTF-ELCAC empowers community through Handog Serbisyo Caravan

San Miguel MTF-ELCAC conducts Handog Serbisyo Caravan during the Ceremonial Groundbreaking of ELCAC PROJECTS on October 2, 2020 in Barangay Concepcion, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.

In line with Executive Order 70 which institutionalizes the Whole-of-Nation approach, the Handog Serbisyo Caravan was participated by the DILG and the Municipal Government of San Miguel, Army’s 53rd Infantry “Matapat” Battalion (53IB) and 547th Engineer “Agila” Battalion (547EBn), Youth Leadership Summit — Zamboanga del Sur alumni, and various government agencies.

Part of the Handog Serbisyo Caravan are free haircut, free Operation Tuli, bloodletting, feeding program, and information drives from NGAs.

The children of Brgy. Concepcion also received school supplies and were entertained by the Army band from 547th Army Engineers and YLS alumni.
