53IB, YLS Alumni Collaborate to Spark Brigada Eskwela

In preparation for the upcoming classes, the Locuban National High School in Locuban, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur spearheaded a 5-day Brigada Eskwela Program which was participated by troops of 53rd IB and YLS Alumni of Zamboanga del Sur.

The Brigada Eskwela Program started last July 27, 2020.

The troops and YLS alumni, together with the school teachers and Barangay Officials of Locuban hand-in-hand helped clean the school grounds, paint the school walls, and make the school’s hand washing area.

This will surely benefit not just the school community, but also the community that the school envisions to shape, whose stakeholders are mostly lumads from Pagadian City.

The opening of classes will be on August 24, 2020.
